We are sorry but we are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or any overseas addresses.

Generally dispatch is via Royal Mail ‘Recorded’ (signature required)

delivery time 2 – 3 working days from dispatch.
Larger packages will be sent by Courier and may take up to 5 days for delivery.
Please note – we are sorry but we can only supply items that can be sent via Royal Mail to Scottish Highlands and Islands (IV, KW, PA, PH rest of AB postcodes), and Northern Ireland. We are unable to supply items that are too large to be sent via this method.

Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
*Please note – Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
If you wish to place an order on a Saturday it will be dispatched on Monday (as the next working day) for Tuesday delivery.
Signature Required on Delivery
If you or the intended recipient is not available when a delivery is attempted, a card will be left at the delivery address confirming that delivery has been attempted. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or collection of your package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or change your mind, simply return the item to us.

When returning the item to us it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We suggest that you obtain proof of postage and insurance in case the item is lost in the post.
Confirmation that we have received your return will be communicated to you by email within 5 working days of receipt.
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
When a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. The email will be sent to the same email address from which the order was made.
The refund will be made to the same card which was used for your original purchase. Please allow approximately 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time is dictated by your bank or Credit Card issuer and outside our control. Should there be any reason we are unable to refund this card (eg: the card has expired) we will contact you by email.

We endeavour to ensure all our goods are in perfect condition when they are dispatched but, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We are sorry but we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the item for a refund and place another order for the required item online from us.
Wrong Item Received

Our customers are advised that guarantees offered on suitcases and other travel goods do not cover neglect, for example by baggage handlers at airports.
We are not able to accept liability or responsibility for damage due to mishandling during transit. Should you experience damage to your luggage, it is vital for you to inform the authorities before leaving the terminal.
We are happy to provide quotations for replacement or repair of suitcases or other luggage.
