Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or change your mind, simply return the item to us.

Please email us at quoting your name and order number and give the reason you wish to return the item.

All goods must be in their original re-saleable condition complete with their tags (as dispatched), with original packaging and must be returned to us together with the receipt within 14 days of you having received the item.  As soon as we receive the goods we will be able to issue a refund.

If you purchase an item for a specific occasion (I.e.: Birthday gift or Christmas - but no more than 2 months ahead) please state on your order the date the gift will be given, and our 14 day Returns Policy will commence on that date.

When returning the item to us it is your responsibility until it reaches us.  

We suggest that you obtain proof of postage and insurance in case the item is lost in the post.  

Confirmation that we have received your return will be communicated to you by email within 5 working days of receipt.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.


When a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this.  The email will be sent to the same email address from which the order was made.

The refund will be made to the same card which was used for your original purchase. Please allow approximately 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.  This time is dictated by your bank or Credit Card issuer and outside our control.  Should there be any reason we are unable to refund this card (eg: the card has expired) we will contact you by email.

Faulty Item

We endeavour to ensure all our goods are in perfect condition when they are dispatched but, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please email us on: quoting your name, address and order number giving full details of item and the fault.  We will then advise you how to proceed with the return.



We are sorry but we are unable to offer an exchange service.  Please return the item for a refund and place another order for the required item online from us.

Wrong Item Received

If the item you received is not what you originally  ordered, please email us on: quoting your name, address and order number.  We will then advise you how to proceed with the return.


Customer Notice

Our customers are advised that guarantees offered on suitcases and other travel goods do not cover neglect, for example by baggage handlers at airports.


We are not able to accept liability or responsibility for damage due to mishandling during transit. Should you experience damage to your luggage, it is vital for you to inform the authorities before leaving the terminal.


We are happy to provide quotations for replacement or repair of suitcases or other luggage.
