    We deliver to UK postcodes ONLY (excluding Channel Islands).  

    We are sorry but we are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or any overseas addresses.

    We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days (subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability)

    
    Standard UK Delivery - Free of Charge

    Generally dispatch is via Royal Mail Second Class.
    Approximate delivery time 2 – 3 working days from dispatch.

     

    Larger packages will be sent by Courier and may take up to 5 days for delivery.

     

    Please note – we are sorry but we can only supply items that can be sent via Royal Mail to Scottish Highlands and Islands (IV, KW, PA, PH rest of AB postcodes), and Northern Ireland.  We are unable to supply items that are too large to be sent via this method.

    Next WORKING Day service is only available upon request. If you would like this service please call us on 01905 22019 before 2pm  Monday - Friday and we will provide a quote for next day delivery.

    Generally dispatch is via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier.

    Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

     *Please note – Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.  

    If you wish to place an order on a Saturday it will be dispatched on Monday (as the next working day) for Tuesday delivery.

     

    Signature may be required on Delivery

    If you or the intended recipient is not available when a delivery is attempted, a card will be left at the delivery address confirming that delivery has been attempted.  Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or collection of your package.

    *Please note – We reserve the right to change the method of dispatch at any time and dispatch using the most cost effective way – ie: Courier or Royal Mail.

    Online Orders

    We accept payment by most major Credit or Debit Cards using Shopify Payments or Paypal.

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment via Credit / Debit Cards registered to addresses outside the UK. We are sorry but we do not accept any payments by cheque. Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20% and are shown in British Pounds Sterling.

     

    Phone Orders

    You are also welcome to place your order directly over the phone with us.

    Please feel free to call us on 01905 22019 during our working hours: Monday - Saturday  9am - 5.30pm and we will take payment and organise delivery options with you.

    If you require next day delivery  there is an additional charge for this service that will be quoted dependant on the weight of the item. Please call us before 2pm for next day delivery.

    Please note that we do not accept American Express Payments over the phone.
